We prioritize customer satisfaction above all else, consistently going above and beyond to develop and implement tailored support plans that enable each individual to meet their unique objectives at their own pace.

Anita Barringer

Chief Executive Officer

​Anita Barringer has been in the Human services field for over 10 years. Starting as a DSP Anita desired to make more of an impact on the people with developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. After Graduating from Rowan University she became a Support Coordinator leading her to Potential in Us as the CEO.​

Chief Operating Officer

Erika Dallas has trained and worked as upper level management for various fortune 500 companies in the US for the past 10 years.. She is passionate about creating effectiveness, cohesiveness, and overall positivity for Potential in Us. As the COO she is dedicated to producing quality results.
